By slecting this option you are agreeing to a monthly membership that will be charged to the card information provided on the first calendar day of each month.
 
The silver memberhip includes 1 counseling sessions each month via tele-health or tele-phone and access to your therapist via phone and text message between sessions.  
 
There is no committment beyond month to month. No refunds will be issued for unused services.  30 day notice is required to discontinue services.  Once written notice is provided of your entent to discontinue services one final payment will be required and you will have services available until the last day of teh following month.
